Bring the world,
to a stop,
wait till you hear,
the pop pop pop.
Straighten your back,
square your shoulders,
sit up tall,
jaw goes forward.
Your feet can touch,
if your leaning back,
feel your crotch,
It’s the base – is it not.
wrists on hips,
facing up,
weight goes off,
do a tummy tuck.
Once your stable,
comfortably so,
close your eyes,
its time to go.
Breathe each breath as if its your last,
Excuse yourself and your past.
Open and widen – up your ears,
Now relax – lets go get your fears.
