Could it be that the pandemic,
\ndidn’t do its job?
\nIt didn’t localize,

Sure its brought out,
\nall the racists.
\nThe haters and negators,
\nand totally tyrant debaters.<\/p>\n
Its brought out idealists,
\ninspirationalists too.
\nIngenious innovators,
\nto name but a few.<\/p>\n
They love doing numbers,
\non you and me.
\nLove giving orders,
\nlike they were still free.<\/p>\n
Nazi sympathizers,
\nauthoritarian trash.
\nNothing make me more angry,
\nThan seeing the privileged bash.<\/p>\n
Sitting on their high horses,
\ndictating how its done.
\nCaught between explaining,
\nand throwing out the undone.<\/p>\n
They’re cutting corners,
\nmaking tracks.
\nShortening paths,
\nbreaking backs.<\/p>\n
For the love of Christ,
\nor the sympathy of Saul.
\nOur nations divided,
\neven with the Church of Saint Paul.<\/p>\n
As I cut away,
\nall the liners.
\nAll the trouble,
\nwith all the cowards.<\/p>\n
I see that were sharing,
\nwhat we think is right.
\nSo were never seeing,
\nour one true plight.<\/p>\n
Local is,
\nas locals are.
\nOnly as good,
\nas they repair from afar.<\/p>\n
Healings come,
\nand healings go.
